VS_TxtColr()         Sets color to "text mode"

Description:

  VS_TxtColr() sets color to normal text colors as defined by the
  configuration database.

Syntax:     

  VS_TxtColr()

Pass:       

  Nothing

Return:     

  VS_TxtColr() always returns NIL

Notes:
